The invention and proliferation of reusable rockets into commercial and private hands will yield rapid advancements in space exploration.  The potential for habitation on other planets within our solar system presents many new opportunities for growth.

    ...it is crucial to remember why we as a mammal species have been forced to look to the stars for salvation. The pollution and destruction of Earth is caused by the very same unquenchable thirst for technological advancement that enables us to leave our used-up husk of a planet behind.

Therefore, all objects that we bring with us on the one way trip to Mars must be ecologically sustainable and seamlessly fit into the habitation system for positive enhancement of the Martian environment.
